2025 Global Benefits Forecast – with a focus on Canada
What do global organisations have in mind for 2025, what are their priorities, and what challenges do they face?
For four years now, we have been inviting organisations to take part in MBWL’s Global Benefits Forecast Survey, which paints a portrait of international trends. With over 350 respondents including over 200 multinationals representing 100+ countries, the results captured key findings on critical topics across this year’s themes of strategy and governance, talent and growth, and employee experience.
Based on the results of the 2025 survey, we are offering a webinar highlighting global benefits trends that are specific to Canada. Our experts will be discussing:
- Cost control: The priorities of Canadian organisations in a context of cost control
- Generational challenges: The challenges posed by a multi-generational labour market
- Financial health: The importance of integrating financial health into health and wellness strategies
- Communication: The consensus on the essential role that strategic communication can play in promoting global benefits
This webinar will run in English on 10 June, and in French on 11 June.
