COVID-19: Global developments in medical, life & disability benefits
12 November | 2 – 3pm GMT / 9-10am EST
COVID-19 led to many employers reviewing the details of their insured employee benefits and raising awareness amongst their employees of Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), mental health and wellbeing services. This in turn is leading insurers to adapt their products and services, including telemedicine.
Our experts from across MBWL International reviewed some of the key developments from around the world in healthcare, life and disability provision. Their session included deeper dives on benefits in the UK and in the US, and the key issues to consider as you approach your next policy review dates, and you formulate your future benefits strategy post-COVID. They also looked ahead to potential market developments in the next 12-18 months in response to our experiences with COVID-19 to date.
