COVID-19: Global developments in medical, life & disability benefits

COVID-19 led to many employers reviewing the details of their insured employee benefits and raising awareness amongst their employees of Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), mental health and wellbeing services. This in turn is leading insurers to adapt their products and services, including telemedicine.
