2025 Global Benefits Forecast – with a focus on Germany
Please note: this webinar will be in German
What do global organisations have in mind for 2025, what are their priorities, and what challenges do they face?
In Q1 2025, MBWL conducted its annual global benefits survey of senior leaders at multinational organisations worldwide. Over 350 respondents including over 200 multinationals representing 100+ countries shared their insights into the strategies, challenges, and experiences they face in an increasingly dynamic and competitive environment.
The survey covered a range of critical topics for global benefits leaders under three headings:
- Strategy and Governance – including topics such as the impact of geopolitical and economic uncertainties and primary focus areas for improving benefits governance
- Talent and Growth – including topics such as benefits used to attract / retain top talent, controlling benefit costs, generational workforce challenges, and DE&I
- Employee Experience – including topics such as hybrid and flexible working, employee support and engagement, and use of technology including AI
Join our experts to hear the results of our global survey, global and regional trends, and implications for future benefit provision.
