In 2025, the HEUBECK Kolloquium once again provided an excellent opportunity to discuss the latest developments in occupational pension plans. Our experts offered practical insights and solutions for designing and implementing occupational pension plans—topics of great importance to all participants.

At a dinner that was booked to capacity, participants were able to engage in valuable conversations and make new connections while enjoying a delicious meal and an impressive view of the Cologne skyline.
The Kolloquium itself offered comprehensive insights into current developments in occupational pension plans. Discussions covered both the impact of medical advances on life expectancy and the challenges of designing occupational pension plans in light of new legal regulations and accounting standards. Exciting approaches to pay transparency and capital-market-oriented occupational pension plans provided valuable insights for the future direction of pension systems. The event was concluded with an in-depth examination of legal developments in occupational pension plans and the role of international pension systems.
