MBWL International adds Amit Bhayani and Caroline Kok to global benefits consulting team
MBWL International (MBWL), the leading independent alternative for global pensions and employee benefits advice, today announced the addition of Amit Bhayani and Caroline Kok to its global benefits consulting practice.
Bhayani joins MBWL as a senior consultant. He has extensive experience in global benefits management, wellbeing, DE&I, and M&A. Bhayani previously led global benefits at a payroll tech startup and served as Director of Global Services & Solutions at an employee benefits consulting firm.

Kok joins MBWL as – Asia Regional Leader. For more than a decade, she has consulted for large multinational companies across Asia on global benefits management. Her experience includes global benefits coordination, project managing retirement plan benefits, and M&A due diligence and employee benefits integration.

Amit is a senior consultant on the MBWL global employee benefits team, playing a key role in MBWL’s efforts worldwide, and is based in the UK. He has extensive expertise and experience in global benefits management and consulting, strategic projects across wellbeing and DE&I, and leading large global relationships and M&A.
Prior to joining MBWL, Amit worked for a global payroll tech startup as a Head of Global Benefits. He also worked for Willis Towers Watson (WTW) as a Director of Global Services & Solutions in the UK.
His experience includes global benefits management and coordination, global retirement management, leading large multi-county benchmarking projects, leading global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) benefit reviews, coordination of large global cross-function projects, and supporting growing clients with expansion into new markets.
Amit has lived and worked in the UK and US. He received his BA in Business Finance from the University of Westminster, London.

Caroline is a Global Benefits Consultant and Asia Regional Leader for MBWL and is based in Singapore. For more than a decade, she worked at WTW advising large multinational companies in Asia on global benefits management (GBM) and other benefits-related projects. She has successfully led significant client relationships and teams, and was the diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) representative for Asia at WTW.
She brings extensive client consulting experience and expertise in employee benefits, including global benefits coordination and project management, plan design and benchmarking, strategy and governance, M&A (due diligence and strategy, through post-deal implementation), and special client projects on topics such as wellbeing and DE&I.
Caroline graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science/Finance and has lived and worked in the US and Southeast Asia. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay.
